Macro-wise look at your diet as the sum of all the variables and determine what can/needs to change. Micro-wise look at each area individually and get to know your body, your habits and your tendencies.

Looking at your diet from a micro and macro perspective will help you efficiently determine your next steps and how you’d like to achieve them.
