help lose weight.
A diet coach is an encourager. Someone who walks along side their client through
weekly meetings and keeps them accountable for their eating and lifestyle.
Effectively they are accountability partners which provide support to people who
want to lose weight but need regular encouragement and personal attention to do
so. Yet this personalized diet service does not come for free,
a weekly session can run anywhere from $50-150 per half-hour to hour session.
Other than the above-mentioned benefits associated with weight loss coaching,
there are a few items to watch out for. Having an accountability partner and
affirming associate talk to you over the phone or in person can be addictive. In
addition, it’s important that you learn something from every session. These
learning should give the ‘coach-ee’ the eventual ability to diet on their own
without the constant help of the coach.
