In addition, it doesn’t require completely omitting one food group or shopping at expensive specialty grocers –it’s just good, clean eating. To practically execute day to day healthy eating, shop on the perimeter of the grocery store where the 4 major food groups can be found, as well as make wise choices about what you eat at restaurants.

4) Say yes to regular exercise
Regular exercise is the like the icing on the weight loss cake. It completes a healthy weight loss program by encouraging regular, calorie-burning and metabolism-fueling activity. Even just a little exercise a day has significant health and dietary benefits both for the present and the future.
