A Review of Simply Weight Loss. Are Diet Pills and Herbal Weight Loss as Good as They Sound?
So Simple?
Simply weight loss is a weight reduction program depending on herbal
diet pills, water and regular food. Yet, is this
seemingly simple
herbal weight loss system as good as it
sounds?
This three-step weight loss program claims to help people lose 18-22 pounds in 6
weeks. Promising no forbidden foods or calorie-counting, this
diet plan depends on daytime and nightime
herbal pills. The daytime pills are said to increase metabolism and decrease
appetite, while the nighttime formula balances the day formula to sooth
and relax the body’s system.
In breaking down the tree pillars of this dieting approach you’ve got water,
pills and a regular diet. How is it possible to lose weight if you’re eating the
same diet as before? It’s obviously not the water which will cause rapid weight
loss; therefore, it must be the daytime appetite-suppressing pills -not to mention
whatever compounds are in the nightime formula which cause a ‘soothing and
relaxing’ effect on the body.
All in all, this diet depends on herbal-pill driven weight loss. As such, it is
not a sustainable dieting program because it’s likely that the pills which cause
quick weight loss are not healthy for long-term use. Thus, it’s better to stick
with one of many mainstream sustainable
weight loss programs for longer-term and greater diet success.
