When you visit a zoo, you’re lucky to get a glimpse of the lion, tiger or bear
feeding. Watching these commanding animals eat their prey is an
odd yet fascinating sight to see. Bears and tigers eat a high protein diet but
should humans eat in the same way? We are all searching for a foolproof
weight loss system, but ultimately,
leading a lifestyle based on fitness and
nutrition is the way to go.
Any diet which is highly focused on one food type is likely imbalanced and worth looking
into. Each body type is meant to eat a certain amount of
calories per day while observing a
balanced diet. In addition to a
nutritious eating plan, fitness also aids the weight loss process by helping to
burn more calories than our body’s regular amount.
If you were a high-end car, imagine you needed the right combination of gases or
'basic food groups' to make you run at your optimum level. Eating a diet which
is not based on the 4 food groups is like putting low-grade gas into the engine
of a Jaguar –sure you’ll get from ‘A’ to ‘B’, but the engine won’t like the gas
and will likely have problems down the road.
Therefore, when considering or reconsidering a diet, critically think about what
and how you’re eating. Finding weight loss
programs with a balanced approach to eating will not only get you from ‘A’
to ‘B’, but do so in style!
