classified as both a weight loss program and
weight loss product. A
protein diet at heart, this program relies on both supplements
and whole foods to form its base. It is by no means a free diet plan as spending money is
required in order to receive an ample supply of the pills and shakes associated
with the success of this diet plan.
Two meals per the day need to be eliminated in place of protein shakes and
pills. One meal can be consumed with real food which is nice if you’d like to
eat out and not worry about counting calories. At the end of the day, the diet

Although it’s nice to have one meal to yourself, the diet is largely
restrictive. For most people, eating one meal per day and a few shakes is
possible for a short period of time. Although, long-term this plan is very difficult
to adhere to when the convenience wears off, the holidays come around or you
simply want to eat more than one full meal a day.
The major considerations of this diet are: cost, long-term viability, ease of
use and drive –as in, do you like it enough to continue. Carefully consider all
these factors as you decide how you’ll personally react to this diet. If you
find it’s not for you, there are many other
weight loss programs and
weight loss
products out there which are easier to follow and less expensive in the
long-term.
