diet, however, sometimes people just want a few tid-bits of information that will
help them spruce-up their diet with tried-and-true free weight loss tips. They
are as follows:
1) Eat three balanced meals per day.
a. Incorporate lots of fruit and vegetables into each meal
b. Eat whole grain carbs
c. Choose lower fat dairy
d. Select lean meats, poultry and fish
2) Snack well. Stick to fruit and veggies, seeds or almonds for snacks. Stay
away from old-style snack foods like chips and candy.
3) Try and eliminate coffee and caffeinated tea. Instead, consider drinking hot
water with lemon. This provides lots of taste with few calories.
4) Bye-bye regular sugar consumption. To experience
nutrition weight loss, the
consumption of regular sugar must be a thing of the past. Get creative for
desserts –stock the fridge with lots of fruits and see what you can whip-up with
nature's sugary treats.
5) No diet soda either. If you thought you were going to slide under the radar
with diet pop forget about it. The amount of chemicals in one drink of diet pop
isn’t worth contaminating your system over. Instead try salt-free carbonated
spring water which provides all the fizz without the guilt.
