“B” on the express-route, however, sometimes it’s better to take the side roads
to avoid the risks associated with traveling at high speeds. Sure, the diet
expressways of life are synonymous with easy
weight loss, however, they don’t
always lend themselves well to sound dieting principals and
natural weight loss.
Many people have tried fast weight loss methods before an upcoming event or
vacation. However, because quick weight loss
is fast and effective at garnering results, most people find that the weight
often comes back soon after it’s lost. Therefore, despite quirky diets such as the
grapefruit diet,
cabbage soup diet and
3-day diet being based on natural foods, they
are typically not long-lasting like the energizer bunny.
There’s a reason why doctors and dietitians maintain that slow and study weight
loss is a better route to take given it’s safer and easier to adhere to. By not
rushing and taking the time and energy to diet right, the chances of long term
success are much greater.
