Coupled with a healthy diet, exercise is a great way to jump-start your weight
loss, give you more energy and enhance your health.
Even though it
requires effort to get up and walk, go to the gym, swim or do at-home aerobics,
the adrenaline rush and feeling of accomplishment you get from exercise are well
worth it.
Therefore, remember that for exercise weight reduction to be the most effective,
it must be coupled with a healthy eating regime in order to maximize the
outcome.
