Weight Loss Motivation to Look Like Diet Nutrition Physique Women
From the Top Down
This world is full of images of perfect women plastered on billboards, TV
screens, in print and many other media outlets. It’s no wonder that we try and
search for diet nutrition physique women on the web. We simply want
weight loss motivation or a
weight loss coach –somebody –anybody to
help us lose weight! We can’t help it, when we
see something we like; we want to be like it.
We live in a ‘bigger better’ culture meaning that we’re always searching for the
next best thing. This behavior also spills over into our diet lives in that if
we’ve lost weight, we want to lose more; if we’ve been developing some muscles
at the gym, we want more. It’s good to have goals and reach them, but always
reaching for the next best thing can be a destructive burden to carry through life. A
burden that will breed an unhealthy self-image as well as physical and
mental unrest.
So how do we keep our motivations and goals in check? Ultimately, the mind is the human
‘control station’ from which everything is planned and executed. Therefore,
losing weight healthily and learning to be satisfied with ourselves all comes
from the top down.
Because we are controlled from the top down, maintaining a
healthy weight loss plan and good
self-image is a conscious decision that most women need to take captive and
refresh on a daily basis. With so many images and unrealistic icons of
perfection dazzling our eyes on a daily basis, it’s mental work to remind
ourselves that it’s impossible to look like a size 0 model who’s already
had 1 inch taken off her already-skinny thighs for the magazine cover shot.
Therefore, if you’re trying to lose weight and do so observing
fitness and nutrition, it’s an
exciting, life-changing endeavor. Just remember, try and keep your mind in check
to make sure you’re trying to attain realistic goals –not goals with
the notion of trying to attain what society paints as the perfect physique.
