necessary to either eat fewer calories or burn more through exercise. The
ultimate weight loss scenario is a combination of choosing nutritious and
calorie-conscious foods as well as engaging in regular activity.
Calorie burning formulas aside, it’s a challenge to both eat fewer calories and
burn more calories. We struggle to eat fewer calories because of our lifestyle,
desire for convenience, constant meals out and indulgence in specialty coffees, etc… In the same token, we struggle
to burn more calories because we’re busy, not motivated, don’t know where to
start and most often, don’t have the time.
Therefore, how do we effectively move from making excuses to getting on a
