The 7 Day Diet – A Free Diet Plan for Every Day of the Week
Legit?
The 7 day diet means a number of things. From the
cabbage soup diet and beyond, almost
every diet category has a quick-fix, 7 day promise because people want immediate
gratification –especially when it comes to weight loss. Yet can this
free diet plan really live up to a
full-fledged nutrition plan?
Given the restrictive and fad-like nature of the below diet, it is not something
any dietitian would recommend for regular use. In addition, this
eating plan to lose weight is
not synonymous with a nutrition diet plan because it doesn’t even prescribe
proper nourishment or ample caloric intake within a one day period.
Although the 7-day diet will help people lose weight quickly, it should not be considered a
viable or highly nutritional weight loss option as its approach is not based in sound
dieting practices.
Rather than going for a yo-yo style diet, try engaging in a
weight loss program for both short-term
and long-term weight loss.
Monday:
Only eat fruits but eat as many fruits as you wish (except bananas).
Tuesday:
Only eat vegetables but eat all of the vegetables you wish.
Wednesday:
A combination of Monday & Tuesday. Eat all of the fruits and vegetables you wish
(except bananas).
Thursday:
Eat 5 bananas and drink 5 glasses of whole milk.
Friday:
Eat 4 ounces of meat with unlimited green vegetables.
Saturday:
Eat 4 ounces of beef with unlimited green vegetables.
Sunday:
Eat 4 ounces of beef with unlimited green vegetables.
